1.3 “Wisely Serviços de Informação Online LTDA”: headquartered in the city of Santos, State of São Paulo, registered with the CNPJ/MF under number 34.736.177/0001-72, owner of the Site.
1.4 “Service(s)“: Platform for online reporting, consulting services, relationship and data statistics, offered by WISELY on the Site, through WISELY.
1.5 “User(s)“: Any person, natural or legal, who makes the Registration located on the Site.
1.6 “Registration”: This involves filling in the User’s Personal Data requested on the Site and the subsequent contracting of the Service by the User, obtaining a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-definitive license to use WISELY.
1.7 “Personal Data”: These are the data provided by the User in the Registration.
1.8 “WISELY Terms and Conditions of Use”: Terms that regulate the contracting of the Services and the license of the Software, by WISELY to Users.
2. OBJECT
2.1 This document is complementary to WISELY’s Terms and Conditions of Use and is intended to regulate the use of Personal Data provided by Users to WISELY, when contracting the Services.
3. WISELY’S RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 The Personal Data provided by Users in the Registration are for the exclusive use of WISELY, in Brazil and in any other country where the Services are provided, WISELY undertakes to use the Personal Data provided by Users legally, only for the purposes described in WISELY’s Terms and Conditions of Use, and shall not disclose them to any third party, under any circumstances.
3.2 WISELY will take all appropriate measures to preserve and maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data provided by Users, but will not be liable for damages arising from any violation of such measures by third parties who use public networks or the internet illegally, corrupting the security systems to access the information on the Site and, consequently, on its Users, who, by this document, declare themselves aware of such risks.
3.3 Given that the Site is made through a virtual means, WISELY is not responsible for any damage that may eventually occur to the User’s information, data and content or for the presence of viruses or other harmful elements to electronic systems, beyond its control.
4. ACCESS, ANALYSIS AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION – WISELY PLATFORM
When integrating a Google Analytics Property to our platform, information about your website present in your Google Analytics Property View, selected for display on our platform, is collected.
We use this information to generate the indicators displayed on the screens and graphics of our platform, with the purpose of analyzing the results and making decisions by the user.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 If any legal determination cancels or renders ineffective any of the provisions of this instrument, its other conditions will remain valid, except if the effect of said determination, at WISELY’s discretion, affects the viability of maintaining the Site and the Services.
5.2 Charges levied by the Internet provider and telecommunications service provider of the User’s choice, as well as applicable taxes, shall be the User’s responsibility.
5.3 Abstaining from the exercise, by either party, of the right or faculty that may be exercised by reason of this instrument, or the agreement with the non-compliance with the obligations of the other party, shall not affect that right or faculty, which may be exercised, to at any time, at the sole discretion of its owner, and will not change the conditions agreed in this instrument.
